1. Scope of Services
Astra Cleaners provides premium operationally managed cleaning and property-readiness services designed to support guest-ready and inspection-ready outcomes in Calgary, Alberta. Our services are executed by police-cleared teams adhering to premium standards, systems-based quality control, documented reporting, and operational reliability.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings must be confirmed through our secure scheduling system after an initial quote or assessment. Online estimates are for planning purposes only and are subject to change based on the actual condition of the property upon arrival.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to maintain operational reliability for all clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
4. Property Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure our team has safe, unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockout fees may apply if we cannot access the property. We request that personal items be reasonably tidied to allow our teams to focus on deep cleaning and restoration.
5. Satisfaction Policy & Astra Auditâ„¢
We stand by our 5-Star Clean Guarantee. If any item within our agreed scope is missed, we will return within 24 hours to correct it at no additional cost. We utilize the Astra Auditâ„¢ to provide documented reporting of our work, ensuring transparency and accountability.
6. Service Limitations & Hard-Water Restoration
Results can vary depending on existing property condition, hard-water severity, maintenance history, and timelines. While our Astra Clarity Protocolâ„¢ is highly effective, severe or neglected hard-water etching on glass or fixtures may not be fully restorable. We will communicate any limitations clearly during our assessment.
7. Health & Safety
The safety of our team is paramount. Astra Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service or leave a property if we encounter unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions not previously disclosed, including but not limited to mold, biohazards, or aggressive animals.
8. Damages & Liability
Astra Cleaners is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. While we exercise the utmost care, if an accident occurs, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
9. Payment Terms, Deposits & Late Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made for recurring commercial or property management accounts. Deposits may be required for large-scale or urgent projects. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
10. Emergency Turnovers & Same-Day Service
Same-day services and emergency turnovers are subject to team availability and may incur an expedited service surcharge. We prioritize our recurring clients but will always strive to accommodate urgent requests to protect your timelines.
11. Before & After Photos & Supply Reporting
As part of our operational reliability, our teams take before and after photos for internal quality control and the Astra Auditâ„¢ report. We also report on inventory levels (e.g., toilet paper, soap) if requested as part of our Airbnb turnover service.
12. Third-Party Contractors
When larger demands require additional support, we work only with trusted, vetted partners who meet the Astra standard to ensure every deadline and expectation is met properly.
13. Website Usage & Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and systems referenced on this website, including the Astra Auditâ„¢ and Astra Clarity Protocolâ„¢, are the intellectual property of Astra Cleaners and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
