Years later, after working in the cleaning industry and experiencing property ownership and real estate transactions ourselves, we recognized a major gap in Calgary’s market. Hi, I’m Roxana Browarny, CEO and co-owner of Astra Cleaners.
Together with my cousin and business partner, Claudia Coates, I built Astra after seeing how many Airbnb hosts, property owners, and investors were left carrying stress that should never have been theirs to carry.
Too often, cleaners arrived late, rushed jobs, missed important details, or created more work for the client to supervise and fix themselves. Having bought and sold properties ourselves, we understand how stressful it is when a property isn’t truly ready on time. That’s why Astra was built differently.
We specialize in guest-ready and inspection-ready cleaning backed by detailed systems, professional-grade products, automated processes, police-cleared professionals, hands-on oversight, and dependable communication designed to make our clients’ lives easier.
My focus is building reliable systems, creating an exceptional client experience, and ensuring Astra operates with professionalism, consistency, and care at every level. Hi, I’m Claudia Coates, COO and co-owner of Astra Cleaners.
Together with my cousin and business partner, Roxana Browarny, I helped build Astra after seeing too many clients left frustrated by unreliable cleaning companies, missed deadlines, inconsistent quality, and the stress of constantly having to double-check everything themselves.
We recognized a growing need in Calgary for specialized Airbnb turnovers, move-out cleaning, and property readiness built around professionalism, operational reliability, and consistent standards. As business owners and property owners ourselves, we understand how costly poor cleaning can become when guest reviews, inspections, deposits, and timelines are at stake.
